Appointments & Fees
Current rate: $150 for 50 minute session
If it is financially accessible to you, engaging in therapy without insurance will allow us to better protect your privacy, as it will not be necessary for me to share any treatment information with your insurance company and it will not be part of your medical record, as no third party will be involved in your care.
If you have out of network benefits and are comfortable with sharing diagnosis information, dates of appointments, and services provided (e.g. 45 minute individual psychotherapy session) with your insurance, I am more than happy to provide monthly super bills for your partial reimbursement.
Sliding scale options are available on a case by case basis. Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you would like to explore this option.
Cancellation policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please reach out at least 24 hours beforehand to avoid being charged a cancellation fee.
